Jomeda AB has acquired 90% of the shares in Extronic Elektronik AB

Jomeda AB, consisting of Daniel Dahlgren, Johny Åkerlund, and Mecki Granberg, who have worked at Extronic Elektronik for many years, have acquired 90% of the shares in Extronic Elektronik AB. The goal is to strengthen the company's offering to customers by becoming a complete supplier of sensors and security products.

Through the acquisition of Extronic Elektronik, the company also aims to secure its position in the market and continue to develop and sell products such as sensors, products with Casambi technology, proprietary products, and security products from Ksenia Security. Extronic Elektronik has been a distributor for Ksenia Security since 2012, which manufactures security products and alarm systems lares 4.0.
